Great course! I thought this would be the dryest subject but the trainer made it really engaging. I also enjoyed it being a group discussion rather than breakout rooms, I felt we got more out of it.

I really enjoyed the day, I’ve learned some elements about budgets. I don’t have much access to the budget for our team so have little knowledge prior to today.
Really useful, going to embed more reflective practice of me as a person into what I do.
Great interactive day, very enjoyable and much more confident in this topic of management.

Very timely model for me. Well delivered However as this is a double assignment module, we didn’t cover much about influencing others. This is a worry for me when I have a whole workbook to complete
