the trainer was really interactive, I didn't feel like I was just being talked at like at the other sessions, he pulled a lot from us and allowed us to demonstrate our understanding, it has been a long time since I had a trainer this good!!

I really enjoyed this learning day and Richard the tutor made everything fun and informative.

Thoroughly enjoyable, easy to understand and communicated in a way that enables learning to transfer to the work place

Enjoyed the day, would be useful to have the activity slides for breakout areas as it was hard to take notes in time for the session and then sometimes I missed bits of the ask.
