I really enjoyed the interactive nature of the workshop which was very wide ranging with group tasks, polls and discussion around our 360 feedback.
Mark is knowledgeable and makes training a positive experience as it can be a long day on Teams

EPA workshop so not really models and theories discussed but trainer knowledge great and laid it all out clearly for us
