Good day interesting and helpful I still feel like I'm treading water and a little uncertain about it all but still willing g to keep trying. The last slide about ensuring we do our cmi assessment im still confused re that as I thought this was an optional extra I was told it didn't matter am I wrong as I havnt done these

Great workshop today. Emily was great at relaying the content to the assignment which I found really helpful. Emily also helped by identifying which parts were relevant for level 3 and level 5 apprentices.
I think the workshop was very helpful, although I might struggle with the relevance of certain aspects (the VASCAR model) within my current role - this could change in the future, so I still see the value in learning it.
Very good module workshop. I enjoyed it. Trainer is pleasant and friendly.
I found this module workshop really useful :) it was great having it face to face and having the opportunity to interact with the trainer and the group in person
