Very repetitive and similar to stakeholder module. Could have been condensed.
Technical issues were a big issue but Helen managed to keep the momentum and still delivered the content in a reasonable time
A good engaging trainer but difficult to spend the full day within a virtual environment. The training is best delivered in person.
Good delivery, however I feel that moving forward we would benefit from a classroom delivery rather than what we have now.
Response: Good morning Andy, thank you for the feedback from your Module 4. We are hoping to move back into the classroom very soon.
Difficult to participate via video link Also a lot of repeated information
Response: Hi Helen. Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it. Just going over your scores, i have noticed you weren't entirely happy with the workshop. Is there anything we could have done to improve on the day and/or help you going forwards? Thanks Sam
The online seminars are not a conducive learning environment. This needs to be the last one of its kind we need to be in a room having these seminars in person, we now have access to lateral flow tests and could use them prior to the course staring to allow the course to take place in person.
Good workshop. I’d advise more live examples to be able to relate it to projects.
Difficult online prefer an in classroom experience. Would prefer to discuss 360 feedback with coach or line manager who has a better understanding than just in a breakout group.
the format of the module made it very difficult to engage with, being split into 3 session online, this did not help me learn and understand the content on the day
Bernie has done so well under the circumstances. Face to Face meetings benefit learning so much more and managing teams is difficult.
