very enjoyable informative course

Very informative. Not easy when people are dipping in and out for incidents!

It’s never easy via teams but Rich did a great job interacting with us all

Enjoyed the session which confirmed previous knowledge. It has helped me to re-focus on the way I work with my team

enjoyed format and interaction. Fast moving and lots of content in short amount of time but plenty of opportunity to discuss and clarify things if needed. Slides were good and detailed.
