The content and also the breakout discussions were well thought out. I felt I could relate to what was being asked and did not struggle providing a suitable answer.

I have enjoyed today. I have learnt alot and been able to reflect on areas where I need to make some improvements. I'm going to use some Reflective Practice techniques with my team and share some of my learning from today, with the team in team meetings.
