A lot to take in and a bit daunting but Sara is always very approachable and helpful
Although I am overwhelmed by the amount of work still to do, I feel reassured in achieving everything within timescale and more confident after completing the mock test.

Its very useful as I planning on commencing PDRs with my team in the very near future as we prepare for our CQC inspection so keeping the team motivated and operational planning is going to be essential over the next few weeks. Thank you
