Lots of theories presented clearly. Good mix of group time, survey feedback, discussion and presentation . I liked the repeated use of the iceberg analogy which became clearer and more understandable through repetition.
Helpful to module 1 feel about more confident about completing the assignment, having self awareness , areas to develop

Good course. However I believe it would be more effective in person. Zoom course is not very effective in developing a conversation about leadership.
