Practical reflection on leadership and management is a defining strength: attendees explore models, communication, equality, diversity, teams and project work through workplace examples, group discussions, breakout activities and polls. They describe trainers as knowledgeable, approachable and engaging, with clear explanations, supportive challenge and a safe atmosphere that encourages participation. Well-structured sessions, varied materials and useful links to assignments help learners build confidence and apply ideas to their teams and everyday roles, although some find the content compact.

Really enjoyable session. Good activities that brought the theoretical aspects to life. Thank you Rich!
enjoyable day with plenty of knowledge and good practical examples of how to apply the models and theories.
A good, interactive session with an experienced and passionate tutor.
I found the module enjoyable and have learnt a lot. I can see where I can implement some of this in to my role.
