Today was very informative and at times hard, but in a good way, we had to talk about hard hitting subjects to become better equipped and it was very important to do it
Very difficult subject, handled very well, feel more confident to deal if I came across someone who was thinking about suicide

I really enjoyed the course, another tool in my toolkit on Suicide, identifying the signs and intervening when required.
I am really please I chose to attend this course it was something I had never thought about but with the training and tools hopefully I may one day help keep someone safe :)
