Good course nice it was spread out over 2 days

Great course, I feel more equipped to deal with suicide.

Great mix of learning styles: discussion, listening, answering direct questions, video, scenarios. Really good to follow and lots of information to take away.

For a day course was really informative. There were certain areas that could benefit with expanding upon, but then it would become multi day training.

I learn to be “here and now”, calm at all times and self reflective. There is more to explore about the subject but I have the guid line now and I know the steps I need to take to help someone in crisis.
