I really enjoyed (if that's the right word) the course. It was well prepared and allowed me to be challenged but in a safe environment.

It was a difficult subject exceptionally well delivered by Nell. The taboo has been removed from the subject of suicide The connection between the participants was amazing, and we (the attendees) were sensitively led through a potentially difficult process. Thank you

I have gained a lot from the course and would feel confident in assisting someone in distress by utilising natural instinct and this training. It has also given me the confidence to openly ask someone if they are ok in a meaningful way and to listen.
