This was a very good training session. I had several penny drop moments where I questioned my current practice and this was very positive. I thought having the session over 2 mornings was useful as it gave me time to reflect and ask follow up questions. The use of breakout rooms was good as it allowed me time to talk to colleagues about topics and for us to share ideas. I am much more confident with the use of the 3 steps now that I have had time to practise.
Although it was a full day of training on Teams, I didn't once feel tired or feel the need to check the time. Not being one for role play, I really enjoyed learning from Chris and her experience rather than worrying about the role play. Just brilliant! Thankyou so much Chris!
Very informative and knowledgeable, I will be using the tools with my young people and I feel more confident in signposting them to the right organisations
Overall the course was informative and engaging.
