A great course and would highly recommend to others
Great course, well delivered, i feel much more confident about engaging in conversations and people about suicide. I feel better equipped as a MHFA in the workplace and in my personal space to deal with a situation involving suicide thoughts and suicide.
Fantastic course, learnt a lot and more importantly i now feel i am so much more equip to deal with difficult conversations. The facts given were very interesting and relevant and really framed the conversations

Very well thought out course, excellent delivery with lived experience adding an additional layer to the understanding and also helping to breakdown the stigma (letting people know it is nothing to be ashamed of).
The training was very appropriate especially with the current needs of the clients using our services
