A really informative training session with practical tools to take away and use. Despite it covering a really heavy topic, it was delivered in a sensitive way that was really easy to digest. Would recommend to everyone.

I feel more confident in supporting someone who is considering suicide. I can see that asking the question shouldn’t be something we are scared of doing.
