Thoroughly enjoyed the course. Very informative and was delivered in a light hearted manner.

This has been the most interesting and useful training I have done for a long time. Alison is a fantastic facilitator who kept our attention and interest for the whole time. She kept it buoyant:)

I really enjoyed the session, it was good to complete the training with colleagues from my organisation and it has started some discussions that has already affected how we will be working in the future. We got through a lot of course content but it didn't feel arduous or hard work at any point and we were given time and space to reflect.

This was a small group, which meant everyone had the opportunity to ask questions and share their own experiences. Very thought provoking topic.

An excellent course and so worthwhile I sometimes wish I knew this stuff well in advance. I'm also so glad that we should be saying committed suicide - I think this is a tough wording otherwise and having known somebody that has died by suicide I can go away and challenge people when the say "committed".
