I am so pleased that I applied for the course, This is always a subject that has never openly been spoken about, so my knowledge was not great, feel so much better that I can openly speaking with colleagues, friends etc about the situation, if the talk about suicide ever arisen I would feel that the knowledge from this course would be very useful.

The course was really detailed and interesting. There were lots of interactive and group activities to get conversation going which was really useful and insightful hearing others views and questions on the topic. Pauline was really good and mindful in checking in on everybody at various points throughout the session and offering support where needed.

I enjoyed the training and I wish we had this sooner. The training brought back a lot of sad memories but I learned a lot from it. I hope this training could be extended to high-potential performers, our senior collectors, and all members of relevant teams who may encounter customers thinking of suicide.
