Good course pitched at the right level for the audience

This should be compulsory

I’ve had previous suicide awareness training but this full day course added meat to the bone. It was a good mix of practical and theory, and excellent use of pre-recorded video too. The ultimate praise is, I would recommend anyone who is involved or has an interest in mental health and wellbeing to attend this course.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and feel it has made me more confident in my ability to handle a situation where a person finds themselves in crisis.
