I think this course provides people the knowledge of what is safe or harmful, identifying situations and the confidence to approach people who may be in this circumstances. Plus the etiquette on how best to react if you were to meet with the people again, outside the initial introduction

Very informative content which relates to my everyday role. Helped to improve overall knowledge and confidence.
