Brilliant course for gaining the tools needed for such a difficult situation, to be able to see and discuss a framework for how that conversation would go has increased my confidence in the subject.

For someone not in the health care or mental health care sector, I felt this was a great course to help me feel more confident in dealing with a possible suicide and have better listening, coping and understanding skills

Overall the training was very helpful and Vas is an excellent facilitator. I didn't feel embarrassed or on edge about asking questions or getting things 'wrong'.

Tutor was very knowledgeable and engaging. She dealt with a difficult topic but made sure we were all at ease and comfortable.

This training was great and a good mix of theory and interactive. I feel much more confident having learned the skills to start a conversation and assist with a safety plan.
