Having not had much experience in this area, I found this training session very useful if I was to come across this situation, I now feel that I would be able to manage the situation appropriately, and know what actions I would need to take. I now don't feel as scared or nervous about having these conversations.

Excellent session. Participants all knew what was expected of them and wanted to be there and had a clear goal of supporting others and hopefully reducing suicides.

I enjoyed the course and I feel more confident to say the word suicidal but also use it asking the question to someone and having and knowing the tools to help me eg 6 questions helping you cope. I enjoyed the practical exercises and watching the video.
