I am glad that I was asked to attend this course and that was only because I had a couple of incidents at work where I had to talk/interact with the people involved

I've really enjoyed this course, I've taken lots of notes, especially around additional resources. I really enjoyed the regular break out activities, which was nice to break up such long online training.

Really enjoyed this and learnt a lot. Hard to do these sessions well on zoom but Berni did it very well and manged it really well with lots of helpful insights. She is clearly very experienced and answered all questions without hesitation.
