It is a very difficult and upsetting subject, which left me feeling uncomfortable. My course was split over 2 mornings. This worked really well for me and gave me the down time I needed in between. I'm unsure how I would've felt if it was a whole day with just a lunch break between the sessions and I doubt it would've given me the space and thinking time that I required. I have recommended this course and trainer to colleagues as I feel it's really important to have the tools available to be able to speak with people who are exhibiting suicidal behaviour.Response : Hi Amanda, thank you for your feedback it's really valuable to us. This course is so valuable, gives you the tools and confidence to have these conversations with someone who may be thinking about committing suicide. I wish i had done this course years ago.

Think this should be mandatory training for so many roles. Excellent trainer, Julie set the right pace and tone. delivery of material/subject was super. A really informative day.
