Very good course, delivered excellently

I really enjoyed the training day. I wasn't sure what to expect but there was a great mix of learning, practicing and discussion. I was worried about having to roleplay but Shian kept us in small groups to give us chance to practice challenging conversations under less pressure. We covered a lot of information, but Shian taught at just the right pace. I learned a lot, thank you Shian! :)
