Couldn’t recommend this training more. I thought it would feel heavy and maybe sad but far from it. I feel informed, prepared and hopeful.

the training was interesting, especially the piece about asking people straight out if they felt suicidal, although i may have difficult speaking to someone about this, I do feel I could ask this question, probably more with family or friends than complete strangers though

I thought the course was well delivered and the tutor was well prepared. He had a good level of experience in mental health and that came across on the day. The materials were good and engaging and the role play was helpful in making me more aware of myself and my need to focus on the person needs.
