Thank you for the course content it was informative and well planned. I learnt how to be direct with difficult questions and the importance body language and facial expression.
Maybe more training on intercepting more suicide attempts where people are in immediate danger and need talking down from a dangerous situation.

Such a well structured course in a subject which is very hard to understand why this happens . Easy to follow the session and well presented. It was a tough day but very rewarding and really made you think of all the do's and don'ts. Thank you all for sharing this with us.
