Great course very informative and helpful in dealing with a very difficult area
The course was well presented in an informative and enjoyable way. I feel I have the additional knowledge I required for my job, where I have to work with people with suicidal ideation. The course has given me additional tools I can use in these difficult situations to ensure that I give the vulnerable person the care and empathy they need. This additional help is invaluable to the vulnerable person as it can be the difference between them ending their life or accepting help offered to them.
This course was important for the work we support in Refuge. Nell is a great trainer who delivered very difficult content exceptionally well.
