Very interesting and useful course that should be mandatory in my opinion, specifically for front line cops.
I felt very comfortable being able to speak and participate in the course
It was informative, and will be helpful, but it ultimately felt quite drawn out for what I gained. I would have rathered a shorter course, or a course with less preceding filler and more practice / emphasis on how we can implement what we've learnt. The aggressive copyright notices also felt a bit unnecessary, especially when the booklet provided doesn't have a great deal of content until you fill it out yourself.

It’s a long time to talk on a difficult subject, but you do need to take that time. Holly was excellent at pacing the day and delivering the material. It’s a very worthwhile course.
Excellent trainer in Susie Mapledoram. Strong in her knowledge and can relate to all different types of learning styles. Is always positive about questions asked and in her response to questions asked.
