Fantastic and incredibly invaluable session to support people in both professional and personal life. Equipped now to support vulnerable people and to help prevent suicide. I really enjoyed this session (despite missing a little bit due to wifi issues - but i felt able to catch up). The booklet is a really useful addition and a useful tool kit moving forwards
