I really enjoyed learning about this topic although it is hard to talk about and listen to, I will feel more confident in the future if I ever need to have these difficult conversations

I found this course and the MHFA training really beneficial in my role. It has inspired me to look for more training opportunities and I feel confident to deal with incidences or disclosures that may arise.

Such a tough topic but delivered in a very calm and measured way by Chris that gave everyone time to talk things through, ask questions etc. It felt like a very supported environment. A good balance between information, discussions and group work. Although some of the asks were quite challenging (practising asking people about thoughts of suicide and the role play at the end) Chris managed to create a feeling of a safe environment to do this in and it was good to have this time to practice things. Thank you.
