I felt after all this it is generally what we do and what we are good at, communicating and being good listener’s. Our problem is signposting people as we have limited pathway’s. Asking the correct questions was useful though.

Good course and with a good subject - well needed due to lack of training with mental health within job role.

Steph delivered the course really well it was a very difficult subject but it was really engaging and I feel I learnt a lot and have more confidence to ask those questions
