This was really eye opening and I’m so grateful to have been given the opportunity to expand my knowledge of suicide first aid
As soon as we met Elin, she put us at ease which really created a solid and safe foundation for the training. It is a challenging topic to teach and one I was anxious about engaging with but it was delivered in a caring, compassionate, friendly and safe manner.

Tom provided excellent training in what is a very emotive subject. It was nice to have training delivered by someone who is passionate about changing the stigma surrounding suicide.
The course was very informative and has given me more knowledge in approaching someone with thoughts or intentions co die using suicide.
More people should take part in this course. The problem is not going away and with the insights and skills shared will help save someone’s life!
