A safe, compassionate approach makes this difficult subject accessible: attendees value knowledgeable, empathetic trainers who create space for honest discussion without pressure. They describe clear, well-paced sessions combining practical frameworks, language, scenarios, role play, videos and breakout activities, supported by useful workbooks and signposting resources. Very good course that everyone should attend as you never know when you may have to use this and in todays Policing climate it is unfortunately probable that it will be someone you work with that could be going through this.

This training was one of the most relevant courses I have been on. Poignant and thought provoking this should be delivered in far wider circles than it is.

This is an excellent course that was well delivered by Katey and Derek. I would thoroughly (and already have) recommended this to my colleagues

This was an excellent course delivered by a great tutor. My confidence level in dealing with an individual linked to suicide, has doubled. I feel I have some basic tools that would really make a difference if I encounter a situation where there is potential for an individual to be facing taking their life through suicide.

I've previously complete a level 2 suicide and self harm prevention course however I left this course feeling much better prepared to intervene. The best item was comparing suicide FA to CPR.
