I got a lot out of the course but appreciated it being Mr O'Dowd having had a presentation from him at an earlier date; his background experience and the familiarity of his style made it more relaxed a session

The subject of suicide in my opinion has long been neglected in general conversation . I feel this course has made it easier for me to tackle that silence by giving me more confidence and knowledge of practical application of techniques and interventions. That is not just down to the course materials but to the way it was delivered and how the whole group felt in response to Jeremy's teaching . A very big thankyou.
