A safe, compassionate approach makes this difficult subject accessible: attendees value knowledgeable, empathetic trainers who create space for honest discussion without pressure. I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I was apprehensive at first as I felt I would be out of my depth but I felt comfortable and able to participate when I felt confident enough to. I have learnt a lot and definitely feel more confident.

Given the time we had allocated for this course and based on such an important subject as suicide, I was provided with enough information and ideas/options from both the tutor and other participants which I found to be very helpful

Thank you, this is exactly what I needed to bring my existing skills and knowledge up to date, refreshed and to access resources I did not know about. I feel really positive about the skills, knowledge and resources I have gained, and look forward to sharing these with colleagues and people I support. I am also really excited to be connected to a wider community and ongoing events and resources through the share point and meetings planned. I am not a 'qualified practitioner' yet have to deal with many issues they would, but without the clinical supervision and support they would receive through a governing body

I have a preference for face to face training, understand times have changed and evolved. I found the level of use of powerpoint sharing, group conversations, and break out rooms was sufficient
