Was unsure what to expect when I enrolled on the training but having completed MHFA felt it was an appropriate next step. Thoroughly enjoyed the training. The trainer was very engaging and we all felt safe to discuss sensitive topics
Excellent course and the tutor was absolutely fantastic. The right balance of clearly knowing her stuff but also having a delivery style that shared that knowledge in a way that was engaging and not intimidating or overwhelming. Excellent. Truly excellent.
