Thoroughly enjoyed the morning and afternooon session. I thought the topic was relevent and interesting, and the trainer was extremelly knowledgeable about the topic. I will be taking things that i learnt on board with me and use it for my future career to improve my customer service. I will try to take ownership of tasks more regularly, and be more interested with the customer by acknowledging their fears and concers.

A decent foundation, although much of what was covered could be considered common knowledge for those in professional roles, and not a whole lot of it was actionable tools as much as general information.
