What I enjoyed the most is how Wendy able to explain and put the entire course in easy to understand format. The process of learning was great and a lot of fun. Laptops require update as several had issues prior to online examination and caused delay in starting the exam, expected this to be better.

I found Allan to be very knowledgable

The lecturer was very conversant with The 18th edition .very helpful I suggest that any one taking this course do some revision before attending as navigating through the regulations can be frustrating .

A lot to cover in two and a half days, but content was well presented with a good use of informative hand outs. John has a vast wealth of knowledge and his visual explanations and helpful tips and pointers made passing easy.

Good course and will be definitely coming back for more courses
