Course, Lou and Shona all excellent. Thank you. You think you've been in corporate land for long enough to know a lot ..... but there is always more to learn and more to learn about people and I got a lot of that over the last 2 days.

Really useful and interesting course. I learnt a lot that will be of use in terms of career development but also outside this arena. Liked the style of the course. Not overly keen on the small numbers in break out rooms but by the end I could see why this was necessary. Thank you for such a useful course

- Across 2 afternoons is a much better format that 1 full day (for both engagement and working around business priorities) - Great guest speaker - Enjoyed having different conversations with different people in the breakout rooms - All content was interesting and relevant and allowed time to take a step back and think that being competent at your job is simply not enough to progress.
