- Across 2 afternoons is a much better format that 1 full day (for both engagement and working around business priorities) - Great guest speaker - Enjoyed having different conversations with different people in the breakout rooms - All content was interesting and relevant and allowed time to take a step back and think that being competent at your job is simply not enough to progress.

Enjoyed the course as it has helped give a better, more positive, context to the thought of organisational politics. This should allow me to make more beneficial and proactive decisions in this area. There was a good balance between delivering the course materials and allowing for discussion, both in the group and the smaller breakout rooms.

Very interesting, I always viewed op with negative connotations and it was only people partaking who had a self serving agenda. The course opened my eyes to the fact that actually it can be a good thing and that relationships can be developed for the good of the team and getting things done. The course made me think about my relationships, and their importance and also what potential tools can be used such a porters etc. I found the trust part really interesting today and how others perceive me. Apologies I missed part in the middle, I had to hop on another call but I shall read the slides and let you know if I have any queries. Thanks again, Tara

Very interesting and perspective changing on an area which I traditionally avoid - good to make explicit that choosing not to engage is making a choice and has consequences just as choosing to engage is
