Some really insightful elements and some that were quite obvious or generic. But overall I enjoyed the course
I rarely take the time to consider my career & the wider picture, so whilst the content isn’t ‘rocket science’ (to borrow a quote from the video) it provides the opportunity to think & develop yourself.
Really good prompts and tools that I can use day to day in prioritising as well as looking more long term! Thank you very much Jen and Lou

Really good session. lots of helpful take aways. Some of the content on second day was slightly repetative of learnings I've done on other courses but thats the only thing I'd make down. Good facilitation from both Lou and Shona.
The course was very engaging, the facilitators made the course easy to follow and the breakout rooms were beneficial
thought provoking and engaging. only gripe was not being able to print out the matrix to score the CRIS so had to write result on sep sheet of paper. would be interesting to attend the course in an organisationally-stable org.
Enjoyed the course, materials hard to access when remote, I.e. the CRIS grid. But enjoyed the course and makes me reflect on my engagement in organisation politicis.
Really helpful insights and content conveyed in a fun way. Maybe more relevant for people in other roles but still really useful for me.
