I marked lower on 7 Habits section only because its a lot of content to try to squeeze into 1 session but Lou did the best should could with it!

I've always viewed organisational politics as negative so it was really interesting to see the positive side to this. I also will find the time management matrix useful. I think the balance between achieving self promotion and whilst maintaining a lower self interest is an interesting concept. Lou and Anne help keep the sessions really engaging with some great stories to keep us focused virtually.
