Really good training session on a very difficult subject, but came away with more knowledge and understanding around this subject.

Great teaching, didn’t tread around eggshells and created great analogies to better help understand information.

Thank you for providing the course and sharing your knowledge. I found it really informative, and it was lovely to meet others who are committed to supporting people in our communities. I couldn’t access Zoom properly on my laptop, but it was fine — I joined on my mobile and used my laptop to view the course materials, so I was still able to take part fully.

Overall the course was delivered in a clear and professional manner with a strong emphasis on compassion and understanding. The content was both informative, thought-provoking and encouraged confidence in recognising the signs of someone struggling with suicidal thoughts. Overall a highly worthwhile and meaningful course that increases awareness, confidence and willingness to support others in times of crisis.

Took a lot from the course and a lot from the tutor ..it was a really good course for ppl who suffer with mental health issues as well as not
