Great programme to develop knowledge and confidence in dealing with the subject matter

Really useful training with a clear, knowledgeable and experienced presenter, who was able to include relevant examples from her own experiences to illustrate points.

This course bring me the awareness I need to deal with this situation also how to support the person who need with more confidence and in the right way.
