Outstanding training session delivered by an excellent tutor

I feel so much more confident and prepared with practical intervention in the instance of disclosure. I understand that I can take my time to work through some of the intervention before passing the client onto appropriate support. I feel aware of my own emotions around the possibility of disclosure and prepared to manage these better in this situation.

I would highly recommend this training and the tutor. I feel I've gained a lot from participating in the programme.
