Good training, introduced each section at a good pace and simple plan to follow to help support someone.
It is not often on zoom now that so many people engage. This is a difficult subject to discuss, but I thought Geoff structured the training in a way that allowed everyone to say their thoughts without feeling too formal or pressured to contribute.

To be honest I was having a bad week and was not sure if I wanted to attend this course as I felt I could not participate. Sheree delivered the course brilliantly.
Really enjoyed the course and the delivery of it. Fidget toys on the table were an added bonus.
