A well worth course, delivered well, which has given me a solid starting point for approaching people that may need my help.
Great course and seriously recommend it to anyone that cares about others.
Enjoyed the course, just wished we were able to do the longer version as this is a subject that in my opinion would have been better if longer, which I know is nothing to do with Ian or the training provider.
