Before this course I felt extremely nervous about approaching the subject of suicide but now I know the correct steps to follow I feel much more at ease

Overall it was absolutely good course

I didn't expect to come away from a half-day training session with new skills or a much better understanding of the subject matter, but I left this training session significantly better-informed, and also in possession of a different skill set. I had occasion to use the script we were taught to discuss suicidal thoughts with someone that same day, and felt incredibly grateful to have been given the words and the confidence to do so.

An excellent course

excellent content of training for SFA. no question was out of bounds and every person and question asked was shown respect and sufficient time for answering. participation was encouraged which i believe everyone did. Excellent course!
