Training was really good. Trainor was lovely and I learnt a lot from her and feel more confident about using the correct and compassionate language when speaking to someone who may be suicidal.

This course was extremely useful in gaining knowledge and confidence in initiating delicate and difficult conversations around mental health and suicide. Sophia is a very good tutor and seemed to quickly put everyone at ease.

I was really anxious about attending the course as I lost a friend to suicide a few years ago. I work in an area where I will be supporting clients and colleagues who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts and I wanted to try to prepare myself better to have these conversations. I am really glad that I attended the course, my anxiety over attending settled very quickly after joining the session, and the presenter really helped this as she was very supportive and calming
