It was a very informative and well-presented training on the subject matter.
The course was well put together and went in depth on suicide prevention. I wouldve liked to learnt more about the first aid side of things as I felt it was a little bit one sided. But overall the course was informative and it is a good step forward in learning a out suicide prevention.
Very informative session giving me skills that realistically and practically can be applied.
It has given me more confidence to talk to anyone who may have thoughts of suicide and signpost them in the right direction for help and support.

I like the fact the workbook isn't completed fully in the training, giving time to go back, futher complete and reflect at a later date.
