This training has been invaluable. I often come into contact people who have suicidal thoughts, this has helped me identify the ways i can provide the right support, the language to use, the conversation i could have.
One of the best training I've received concerning a difficult subject. Participants were able to engage as well as possible during an interactive session. Everything was orderly and everyone respected one another and I think this was due to the Tutor's ability to conduct the session and included everyone.
